# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 lbs medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 1/2 lbs broccoli, rinsed and cut into florets
03 - 3 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
09 - Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
10 - 1/4 cup vegetable stock
11 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (your choice)
12 - Crushed chili pepper flakes (optional)
13 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
14 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Toss in the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook until slightly tender, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 1-2 minutes on one side.
03 - Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Flip the shrimp and cook for another minute. Pour in the vegetable stock and hot sauce, allowing the flavors to meld as the sauce reduces for about a minute.
04 - Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and return the broccoli to the skillet. Stir to coat everything in the sauce. Drizzle lemon juice over the dish and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley, lemon slices, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
