Crank up your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup a breeze.

In a big mixing bowl, toss your shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and lemon zest. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, making sure everything's well coated.

Spread those seasoned shrimp out on your lined baking sheet. Keep them in a single layer so they cook evenly - no crowding!

Pop them in the hot oven for 12-15 minutes. You'll know they're done when they turn pink and opaque.
