01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
04 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

09 - Extra chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Crank up your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup a breeze.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, toss your shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and lemon zest. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, making sure everything's well coated.
03 - Spread those seasoned shrimp out on your lined baking sheet. Keep them in a single layer so they cook evenly - no crowding!
04 - Pop them in the hot oven for 12-15 minutes. You'll know they're done when they turn pink and opaque.
05 - Pull them out of the oven, sprinkle with extra parsley if you like, and serve with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing.
