Crispy Caesar Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
03 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, panko or regular work great
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for the baking dish

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grab a baking dish and give it a light coating of olive oil to prevent sticking.
02 - Take your chicken breasts and season them well with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and that dried oregano. This creates a tasty base layer of flavor.
03 - Spread each chicken breast with a generous layer of Caesar dressing. Then sprinkle on your Parmesan cheese and cover with breadcrumbs for that perfect crispy crust.
04 - Place your coated chicken in the baking dish, drizzle with a little olive oil to help get that golden crust, and pop it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and crispy on top.
05 - Let your chicken rest for a few minutes after baking - this keeps all those delicious juices inside. Then slice and serve it up hot!

# Notes:

01 - Want extra crunch? Try broiling for the last 2-3 minutes, just keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn
02 - Fresh chopped parsley makes a lovely garnish and adds a pop of color
