Quick Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 2/3 cups white sugar
02 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Chocolate and Marshmallow Mix

05 - 1 package (6 ounces) milk chocolate chips
06 - 16 large marshmallows
07 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Optional Add-in

08 - 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice

# Instructions:

01 - Mix your sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring the whole time, until it starts to boil.
02 - Stir in your chocolate chips until they're completely melted and everything's nice and smooth.
03 - Take the pan off the heat and quickly stir in your marshmallows, vanilla, and nuts if you're using them. Keep stirring until those marshmallows are completely melted.
04 - Pour everything into a greased 8-inch square pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
05 - Leave it at room temperature until it's firm enough to cut into squares.
